We have been recognised with two awards at this year’s UDIA Awards for Excellence (Victoria): 15 Thompson Street, Kensington took out Apartments (Mid-Rise) Award whilst our 'Imagine Less. Experience More.' campaign and digital experience was recognised with this year’s Marketing Award.
Completed earlier this year, 15 Thompson Street is our first purchase pathway project backed by Australian superannuation fund, AustralianSuper. True to our design approach, 15 Thompson Street delivers sustainable, well-designed apartment alongside generous shared spaces to extend living beyond resident’s homes; including a 700sqm rooftop where we held the resident housewarming event back in June 2024.
Our 'Imagine Less. Experience More.' campaign put a fresh spin on how we communicate our purchase pathway and the benefits it provides our residents, highlighting how a reimagined approach can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Launching back in January 2024 with a new campaign and digital experience, we’ve received some excellent recognition on this body of work, including from Good Design Australia and Real Estate Australia.
These awards are a testament to the collective efforts of our team and project partners, including architects Hayball and construction partners Hacer Group who are behind 15 Thompson Street, and our design partners Today Design who we worked alongside to get our new campaign and digital experience out in the world.
