Our project at 4 Ballarat Street in Brunswick has reached a significant milestone, with the building officially ‘topped out’ in July 2024 and the external structure now complete.
Our second purchase pathway project in partnership with AustralianSuper, this 171-apartment project on the doorstep of Brunswick’s Sydney Road is now on the final stretch of its construction journey.
Joined by our investor partner AustralianSuper alongside project partners ANZ, builder Hacer Group, architects Fieldwork, we marked the occasion with a topping-out ceremony on the rooftop, a long-celebrated tradition in the construction industry. This marks the completion of the building’s external structure.
It’s fantastic to celebrate with everyone who’s had a hand in getting the project to this point – and with a view of the city that our residents will be lucky to call their own very soon.

Designed by Fieldwork with landscaping by Rush Wright Associates, 4 Ballarat Street will feature studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments alongside a range of shared spaces for residents, like a rooftop with edible gardens, outdoor dining, multi-purpose rooms and a dog run, plus a ground floor that includes a workshop, a lending library and landscaped walkways.
