Our project at 4 Ballarat Street is a stones throw from Brunswick's Sydney Road. It is on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation. Connection to place was important for us — we retained the heritage-listed facade of the warehouse designed in 1955 for Yakka Overalls. Project status
Construction is underway
We have finished piling to support the foundations of the building, and excavating (or digging) the basement. The two tower cranes have built the building's structure out of the ground and is now on its way to reaching the top floor in the coming weeks.
