In 2022 we launched Assemble Connect; our opt-in embedded energy network so you can buy 100% accredited GreenPower® and high-speed internet at lower prices.
Designed to provide a sense of home beyond your four walls, our building offers a range of meaningful experiences whether you’re working, resting, or playing. Downstairs you can make use of the shared workshop for life's messier jobs and borrow items the Lending Library to get your DIY projects finished. A ground-level series of landscaped spaces has been designed to capture the sun, creating pockets of space for moments of reflection – whether you’re alone with your thoughts or spending time with those closest to you.
Look up or look out. The shared rooftop on Level 8 features views of Melbourne’s skyline and provides a space that’s yours to use as and when you like. Perfect for all occasions, the roof is one of the best spots to entertain friends, grow your own food, host your next family barbeque or let your furry friends roam free in the dog run.
We have an on-site bio-composter to reduce the organic waste volumes caused by everyday food waste. This will turn your food waste into valuable fertiliser, which can be used to enhance the soil throughout the building’s rooftop gardens. This fertiliser can also be gifted to local community gardens, or those friends and family members with a green thumb.

4 Ballarat Street is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation. The nearby Merri Merri - or Merri Creek meaning ‘very rocky' - sustained the lives of the Wurundjeri peoples for generations as an important food source and gathering place.
Brunswick draws you in with its diverse community of creators, professionals and performers, offering new experiences at every corner. Construction is underway
We’ve completed the building’s external structure and are now fitting out the apartment and building interiors. With construction wrapping up in late 2024, residents will start moving in from early 2025.
