We’re proud to share that 4 Ballarat Street, Brunswick—our first project in Melbourne’s inner north—is now complete, with residents moved into their new homes.
4 Ballarat Street delivers well-designed, sustainable homes in one of Melbourne’s most walkable and well-connected neighbourhoods. Designed in collaboration with partner Fieldwork, 4 Ballarat Street delivers 171 apartments with a strong emphasis on building community connections. The project features all-electric living, open-air walkways, and shared spaces—bringing together everything you’d expect from an Assemble project to connect residents to each other and their community.
4 Ballarat Street is located right on the doorstep of the Brunswick's bustling Sydney Road.

On the ground floor, a landscaped forecourt and shared spaces alongside retail tenancies connect the project to Brunswick’s neighbourhood fabric, extending the activity from the bustling Sydney Road and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
As residents settle in, our CEO Carolyn Viney reflected on the achievement: “watching residents move into 4 Ballarat Street and make it their own is a proud moment for our team and our partners.
