Due to popular demand for reduced rent apartments at Victoria Street, Brunswick, we’re bringing forward early registration for studio and one-bedroom apartments at Sydney Road, Coburg.
Built with connection and fairness in mind, these brand-new homes are offered at reduced rents for eligible households, with support from the Australian Government.
Through this government-supported initiative, eligible households can access homes at a minimum of 25% below the market rate for an equivalent property.
