Our approach

Reduced Renting in Brunswick

With the support of our investor partners and the Australian Government, we're bringing our responsible renting approach to Victoria Street, Brunswick.

At Victoria Street Brunswick, renting is designed to feel more secure, more transparent, and more in tune with the realities of modern life. This is a place where thoughtful design meets practical living, in a building professionally managed by the same team who delivered it.

Our approach is simple: create a fairer way to rent that supports long-term rental stability — with reduced rent for eligible residents, longer lease options from one to five years, and homes in a connected, thoughtfully managed community where you can settle in with confidence.

Australian Licorice Company

A sweet heritage

At the heart of Victoria Street, Brunswick stands the historic Australian Licorice Factory chimney and fire tunnel — a finely crafted brick stack of state-wide significance that's been an iconic Brunswick landmark for generations.

Once part of the site where licorice and other confectionery was made, it now serves as a distinctive centrepiece that proudly connects Victoria Street with the area's rich industrial past.
