We recently teamed up with GoGet, Australia’s leading carsharing network, to give our residents a more flexible way to get around. With GoGet vehicles now permanently stationed at 15 Thompson Street, residents and local GoGet members can book a car when they need one—without the cost or hassle of owning one.
Owning a car is one of the biggest household expenses, right up there with housing costs and maintenance. Our partnership with GoGet makes life easier and more sustainable for our residents with a free GoGet membership and carshare access—helping them save money to put towards their home deposits. Instead of covering costs like insurance, rego, and maintenance, residents can simply tap into this shared resource—quite literally—when it suits them.
Each GoGet car replaces up to ten private cars, freeing up space for public amenities in our cities—meaning more parks, playgrounds, and safer streets for cyclists and pedestrians. Just like 15 Thompson Street, all our projects are designed to support active transport users and are built in locations with strong public transport links. Partnering with GoGet makes it even easier for residents to embrace a car-lite lifestyle while still having access to a vehicle when they need it.
With a shared vision for smarter, more accessible cities, GoGet CEO Tom Davey captures it best: "This partnership highlights the potential for innovation and collaboration between organisations to drive positive change in the development industry. Vehicles and housing are two of the largest costs most individuals face, and this partnership helps solve both, whilst also benefiting the entire community and the planet."
We’re deeply committed to building homes that are both sustainable and well-connected, creating better living experiences for everyone. With GoGet, we’re making it easier for residents to get around while strengthening shared mobility options for the wider community.
