Secure your rent

Secure your rent for up to five years on your home, with a standard lease renewing each year. If you decide it’s not the right time for you, simply give notice and leave when your lease ends

Secure your purchase price

Secure your purchase price before you move in, with a set increase each year. This gives you the option, but not the obligation, to purchase your home when you’re ready

Get to know the neighbours and the neighbourhood for up to five years, and validate that your home is right for you before buying

Buy when you are ready

At any stage during the five years you can take the option to buy for the price in your contract, or continue renting while you save. If you decide not to go ahead, give 28 day's notice and move out at the end of your annual lease term.
