As part of its Super with impact™, HESTA invests in housing projects that aim to deliver strong, stable long-term returns for members.

HESTA's recent housing investments include an innovative build-to-rent (BTR) apartment project in Kensington that's set to deliver 362 mixed-tenure dwellings, blending social, affordable and market-rate housing.
