HESTA is an $85 billion* industry super fund dedicated to Australia’s health and community services sector, with more than one million members (around 80% of whom are women). Through Super with impact™, HESTA invests in affordable housing projects that aim to deliver strong, stable long-term returns for members while aiming to address Australia’s affordable housing shortage.

HESTA's recent affordable housing investments include Brunswick and Ballarat apartment projects, and an innovative build-to-rent (BTR) apartment project in Kensington that's set to deliver 362 mixed-tenure dwellings, blending social, affordable, market-rate and specialist disability housing.
