Director Cameron Quinn honoured with Pathfinder Award 2025

250604 People In Property2025 PCA Awards Retouched FINAL

We’re proud to share that Cameron Quinn, Director, Investments, has won the Pathfinder category at the Property Council of Victorias People in Property Awards 2025.

As a leader in our Investments Team, Cameron led the design of a financial and commercial structure that’s built investor confidence and backing in our housing approach—in turn unlocking new partnerships with community housing providers and helping bring more social and affordable homes online across Australia.

Reflecting on this industry recognition, Cameron said: “This comes after many years of hard work on Assemble’s structure to support social and affordable rental housing—and to show that there’s a future for it as an investible and scalable asset class in our country."

"Later this year, we’ll open 402 Macaulay Road in Kensington—our first mixed-tenure build-to-rent project, delivering 362 homes, including 91 social and 181 affordable homes. This project is a proof point that the right financial model, backed by strong partnerships and cross-sectoral collaboration, can deliver affordable housing at scale.  And as we know, our country needs lots more of it."

To conclude his speech, Cameron went onto thank everyone involved in the origination and acceptance of our financial and commercial structure; "It’s been a pleasure working alongside Assemble’s Investment Team and partnering alongside so many across sectors and industries to get this housing model up and running.”

From all of us at Assemble, congratulations Cameron on this well-deserved recognition.
