Sophie Tilley

She joined the team in 2021. With 7 years’ experience, she collaborates with teams to oversee and improve our resident’s journeys at every stage – from initial interest to becoming a resident. Sophie also contributes to our workplace culture, such as leading our Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group. With a background in digital marketing and communications, Sophie previously worked for Healthscope and Cinema Nova. She holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Media from Macquarie University, a Master of Marketing Communications from Melbourne University, and is currently pursuing a Cert IV in Real Estate Practice.
