James Niven
Development Manager
James has worked as a Development Manager for over 7 years, overseeing complex projects from start to finish.
Joining us in 2022, he currently manages the development of our first rental project, 402 Macaulay Road, in partnership with Super Housing Partnerships. He also drives high-quality design outcomes on our forthcoming rental and purchase pathway projects. Previously, James worked at Duo Projects as a project manager and began his career as a Graduate at Multiplex. He completed a double Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and Construction Management (Honors) at Deakin University.
