Having joined Assemble in 2019, Emma has held a variety of roles supporting Assemble’s growth and ultimate positioning as an end-to-end housing company. Emma leads the Impact, Culture, and Corporate Affairs teams and brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across the not-for-profit sector and state government design programs, with deep expertise in strategic communications, ESG impact, community engagement, and business management.
