As our COO, Emma is a strategic and impact-driven leader, focused on making a positive social, environmental and creative impact so people and organisations thrive. Emma has previously held various senior leadership positions across public architecture, design and community engagement, including public design programs across Australia. Joining the team in 2019, Emma oversees the people of our business – from our employees to the residents who occupy the homes we deliver – and ensures we’re always striving to do better when it comes to advocacy, sustainability, design and the services that we provide.
