David Allt Graham
Head of Development
With over 25 years of experience in mixed-use and high-rise residential development, David is our Head of Development.
Joining the team in 2024, David leads our Development team and drives the conception and delivery of our projects, ensuring high-quality design and place-making outcomes. His career spans roles at leading property developers like Lend Lease, CITTA, and most recently MAB Corporation. His notable projects include the Victorian Government’s Public Housing Renewal Program, the Box Hill Affordable Housing Project, NewQuay Central in Docklands, Brompton Gasworks in Adelaide, and the Commonwealth Games Village in Parkville.
Outside the office, David has served as an Advisory Board Member for Women’s Property Initiatives and is the Deputy Chair of the Urban Renewal/Built Form Committee for the UDIA Victoria.
