Andrew Major
Non-Executive Director
Andrew Major is a Non-Executive Director of the Assemble Board and has served since 2025.
Andrew brings nearly 30 years of local and international experience across investment banking, investment management, enterprise risk and regulatory change and engagement. With more than 16 years at HESTA, Andrew’s is currently a Strategic Advisor, leading the development of HESTA’s long-term investment strategy and strategies to support the financial and operational sustainability of key HESTA service providers. Earlier in his career, Andrew held director roles with ISPT Pty Ltd and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees and served as Chair of the Australian Investment Council. Andrew is also currently a director of Basketball Australia.
