Nick Dowling

Nick Dowling is a Non-executive Director of the Assemble Board and has served since 2024.
Nick brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across the banking and real estate sectors. From 2011 to 2024, he was Chief Executive Officer of Jellis Craig Group, leading the company through a period of sustained growth and market leadership. He now serves as Executive Chairman of Jellis Craig and since 2018 has been a Non-executive Director of REA Group Limited, one of Australia’s leading digital property companies. Nick is also a Director of the North Melbourne Football Club.
