Assemble’s investment portfolio comprises of Build-to-Rent, Build-to-Sell and Build-to-Rent-to-Own housing, and includes mixed-tenure, tenure blind social, affordable and market-rate rental homes.
Assemble partners with government, with industry and with the community housing sector to deliver and manage a range of different housing options on behalf of its investor clients. This includes assets that are managed in partnership with registered community housing providers such as Housing Choices Australia, one of Australia’s largest national, not-for-profit community housing providers and Aboriginal Housing Victoria, Australia’s largest registered, non-government Aboriginal housing organisation.
Assemble’s national housing pipeline is in various stages of development or operation, supported by committed capital partners, established investment and delivery models, and shaped through collaboration with government, community housing providers and industry partners. Looking ahead, Assemble’s pipeline will continue to expand through new partnerships and investment opportunities in housing at scale across Australia.
Our projects are designed with passive design principles, are fully electric once built, and we target 7.5 NaTHERS rated buildings, and strive for a 8 NaTHERS rating on future projects. We power our buildings' communal and common spaces via on-site and offsite renewable energy, and we are certified Climate Active for our business operations.
