Tim Schaefer

With 10 years of experience in construction, Tim makes sure our projects are completed on time and to a high-quality standard – demonstrated most recently on our award-winning project 38 Albermarle Street in Kensington. His previous experience includes working on commercial, retail, and multi-residential developments across Melbourne. Tim is a registered builder with the Victorian Building Authority and has a Diploma in Building and Construction Management.
