Shelley Jenkin

With over 25 years of experience in property and asset management, Shelley is Assemble’s Head of Asset Management.
Shelley oversees the operations and asset management across the portfolio, including managing Assemble's partnerships between community housing providers. Joining Assemble in 2025, Shelley brings extensive experience from senior roles across both public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as National Assets Manager at Kiwi Property, a $3.2 billion NZX-listed property fund, where she led the management team nationally and oversaw the strategic and operational management of its portfolio.
