Shelley Jenkin

As our Head of Community & Asset Management, Shelley oversees the operations and management of all our projects, and plays a critical leadership role in building our reputation as a leading manager of thoughtfully designed, rental housing in Australia. Shelley is responsible for leading our largest team, overseeing Operations, Tenancy and Asset Management, and Relationships and Marketing and our partnerships with the community housing providers that we work alongside. 

Joining the team in 2025, Shelley brings deep experience gained from senior roles across both public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as National Assets Manager at Kiwi Property, a $3.2 billion NZX-listed property fund, where she led a nationwide management team and oversaw the strategic and operational management of the portfolio. More recently, Shelley led the operational set-up and asset management of the company's and the country’s first large-scale Build-to-Rent project.
