Sam Delmenico

Sam leads our Delivery team , managing delivery of the projects which Assemble is developing for our investment partners. Sam is passionate about safety, sustainability, design and construction quality and value for money outcomes for our partners.  Sam joined Assemble from Probuild, where he was Managing Director (Victoria and Western Australia). He is a passionate leader of teams and is equally passionate about continuing to innovate how residential housing can be delivered as efficiently as possible.
