Nivya supports the Asset Management team as Lease Administrator, maintaining accurate lease records and ensuring compliance across the portfolio.
Nivya joined Assemble in 2025, bringing customer service and tenancy experience from previous administrative roles at UniLodge and Love & Co Real Estate. She plays a key role in maintaining accurate tenancy records across our current projects, managing lease documentation, rent reviews, and renewals as part of the Asset Management team. Nivya holds an MBA from ICFAI University and has completed the Agents Representative Course through Box Hill Institute.
