With over 16 years of experience in the housing sector, Nicola leads our Neighbourhood Operations team focusing on the resident experience for our future projects.
She joined the team in 2021. Nicola’s background is in purpose-built student accommodation in Australia and the UK, including seven years at Urban Nest. She leads our project-specific service delivery, on-site teams, and the experience of our residents while they are renting with us. Nicola has a Bachelor of Law and is a qualified Real Estate professional in Victoria.
