Matthew has over 20 years of experience in finance and funds management across the housing and development sectors.
As Assemble’s Chief Financial Officer since 2023, Matthew has overseen the business’s financial strategy, capital structuring, risk management, and reporting. With previous senior leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer at Villawood Properties, Community Housing Limited and Newmark Capital, Matthew brings extensive experience across residential, retail and commercial development, as well as social and affordable housing portfolios and funds management.
