Matthew is our Chief Financial Officer with 20 years’ experience in finance across the housing and development sector.
Matthew brings his strategic funds management background to his role as CFO and leading Assemble's Finance team. Prior to joining in 2023, Matthew has held various senior leadership positions in other residential development and management businesses, including as CFO at Villawood Properties, Community Housing Limited and Newmark Capital. Matthew’s extensive experience in market, social and affordable housing development and operations makes him a perfect fit for management of Assemble's diverse housing portfolio.
