Laura has spent 20 years in Melbourne’s hospitality industry working in award-winning venues and not-for-profit kitchens. Through her learnings, she has built her root-to-talk ethos using the whole ingredient. Joining the team in 2021, she has established Cassette as a sustainable cafe that invites the entire neighbourhood to enjoy locally sourced dishes and coffees. Laura has been profiled in Broadsheet as an innovator in Melbourne’s hospitality scene and has been involved in various events nationwide including Australia’s Fine Food Expo and Melbourne Conversations hosted by the City of Melbourne.
