Kris Daff

Kris is a highly innovative leader in Australia's property development and real estate market and has built a career on his extensive experience in financial structuring across all industry sectors, with a focus on residential development. Since acquiring Assemble in 2016, Kris has shifted our focus to creating opportunities for more Australians to live in in sustainable, affordable, and well-designed homes through the design of multiple alternative home ownership and affordable rental models and the introduction of institutional investment partners - including AustralianSuper and HESTA - to the housing landscape. Kris sits on Assemble’s Board of Directors as well as contributing to various Government and housing industry forums.
