Jess assists residents on the ground as our Neighbourhood Experience Lead.
After working as our Sous Chef at Assemble's zero-food-waste cafe Cassette, Jess's strong hospitality was recognised, promoting her to Neighbourhood Experience Lead. As a member of the Operations team, Jess is integral to ensuring a strong resident experience at our properties. She has a Master of Teaching (secondary) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition (honours) from Deakin University.
