Angela Emslie
Independent Chair
Angela Emslie is the Independent Chair of the Assemble Board and has served since 2020.
Angela brings almost 30 years of experience as a director, senior executive, and advisor in the superannuation and institutional investment sector, with expertise spanning governance, strategy, organisational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. With more than 25 years on superannuation and investment boards, Angela has developed strong capability in governance, investment oversight and fiduciary responsibility.
Angela is also the Independent Chair of Frontier Advisors and a Non-executive Director of State Trustees, RGA Reinsurance Company of Australia, and the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
