With Assemble Connect we are providing a discounted offer for green energy below the Victorian Default Offer and 20% below the equivalent NBN services for internet. These rates will not only provide residents with access to high-quality, environmentally conscious services but also support our residents’ savings goals by reducing the cost of their utilities.

Our residents will have the ability to opt-in to these services prior to moving into their new home. There are no lock-in contracts, so residents can change providers or return to Assemble Connect anytime. As the first to access Assemble Connect, residents at 38 Albermarle St. have been making the most of the green utilities – with 97% of residents signing up to our Anytime GreenPower Electricity Plans and 100% of residents registering for our Connect Green hot water services.
Through the Assemble Resident App residents will be able to track energy consumption and pay their bills. Additionally, we offer internet as a part of the Assemble Connect offering which residents can buy into if they choose to be an Assemble Connect customer.
