Kevin Parker
Project Director
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in the development industry across Australia and the UK.
He joined us in 2023 after holding a senior leadership role as Development Director at Growland. Kevin has managed various complex and diverse projects throughout his career, bringing this experience to our projects. Kevin manages the full development lifecycle of our projects, from initial planning and design through to project completion. He currently oversees projects in Brunswick, Footscray, and Coburg. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and volunteers his time as a Cub Scout Leader for his local Scout Group.
